NV HYDRATECH
NV Hydratech is a blend of active ingredients encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, with an enzymatic release trigger. It has prolonged release, releasing about 80% of its content over 8 hours after the application of the product. The encapsulation of this blend through Nanovector Technology allows for a reduction in the odor and irritability caused by ammonium lactate and the stabilization of oat oil, which is extremely sensitive to oxidation. Nanovector Technology also confers to the active ingredients an increase in cutaneous permeation, controlled release, and prolonged action, and promotes an increase in sensory perception in the final product. The multi-functionality of the system is to promote high hydration, since the lipids present in the capsule act on lipid replenishment and prevent transepidermal water loss (TEWL) through the occlusive characteristics of the nanoparticles.
ACTIVES INGREDIENTS
Ammonium Lactate
Ammonium Lactate is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHAs) capable of restoring the skin's pH and improving the keratolysis of hyperkeratotic skin. Ammonium Lactate, in its free form, can cause stinging and irritation in very dry skin with cracks and/or fissures, thus limiting its use. In encapsulated form, such irritation does not occur, allowing for safe and effective application of this active ingredient. Ammonium Lactate works through the mechanisms of hydration (hygroscopic property) and active moisturization (retention of water in the stratum corneum) while maintaining the barrier function (maintenance of the hydrolipidic mantle).
Oat Oil
Oat oil acts as a source of vitamins, proteins, lipids, and minerals. These components act on several important points, such as the restructuring of intercellular and cellular components, protection of the skin barrier due to its richness in trace elements, high hydration, anti-inflammatory, soothing, and antipruritic action. It has a great capacity to nourish and soften mature, sensitive, and damaged skin, as well as improve its elasticity. It has exceptional emollience and rapidly penetrates the skin.
