NV MANDELIC ACID

NV Mandelic Acid is a blend of active ingredients encapsulated in biopolymeric nanoparticles with an average particle diameter larger than 200nm and with an enzymatic release trigger. When used in its free form at its active pH, Mandelic acid can cause stinging and skin peeling, resulting in discomfort.

With the extended-release system developed by Nanovetor Technology, NV Mandelic Acid provides a safe and highly effective alternative for skin renewal, making it more comfortable for consumers.

Mandelic Acid

Mandelic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid used in skin treatments, particularly for photoaging, irregular hyperpigmentation, and acne. The acid promotes the alteration of intercellular connections, reducing cohesion between corneocytes, causing exfoliation of the stratum corneum, and stimulating cell production.

It is indicated for cases of hyperpigmentation, as the product acts on inhibiting melanin synthesis and on the melanin already deposited on the surface of the epidermis, assisting in the removal of hyperchromic pigment. It can also be used to stimulate cell turnover and remove photoaged corneal layers.
